About
PulseAI Now Inc. is a Canadian company building the accountability layer that boards have been asking for since AI hit their P&L. We're based in Windsor, Ontario, and we ship from AWS ca-central-1 for Canadian customers, with separate accounts in eu-central-1 and us-west-2 for EU and US customers.
How we work
AI-fluent by hire.
Every engineer here is expected to be AI-fluent. We don't separate the people who use AI from the people who don't. That's the bar; it's also the bar we measure in the Compass™.
Designed to be read by AI.
The PulseAI MCP server is a first-class output, not an afterthought. Compass scores, findings, KPIs and the tool registry are exposed to any MCP-aware assistant, so the people doing governance work can use the assistants they already trust.
Operated with AI in the loop.
Recommendations, score trajectories and use-case matching are generated by AI models against your data, never trained on it. Structural data residency. k≥5 anonymity on benchmarks. The same controls we ask our customers to enforce.

Team
Goran Karmisevic
Founder & Cloud Platform Operator
Goran founded PulseAI Now Inc. in 2026 after years of operating cloud platforms, enterprise IT systems, and startup-scale SaaS environments where security, reliability, cost control, and auditability are not optional. He built PulseAI to measure the part of AI transformation that boards fund but often cannot see clearly: whether AI adoption is actually landing across the organization.
Based in Windsor, Ontario, Goran brings an operator’s view to the platform’s design. PulseAI is built with the same AWS, security, data residency, governance, and operational patterns he would expect to defend in an enterprise review or customer audit. The product reflects that experience: multi-region by design, accountability-first, and practical enough for real teams trying to govern AI without slowing it down.
PulseAI Now, the company and the platform, is also a working example of what AI-native operations can look like today. We use the same principles we ask customers to adopt: clear measurement, responsible automation, secure architecture, and transparent reporting. We share that journey openly with the organizations becoming AI-ready alongside us.
