Acceptable Use Policy

Effective date: 11 May 2026

Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all users of pulseai.now and the regional product subdomains operated by PulseAI Now Inc. It supplements, and does not replace, the Terms of Use. By accessing or using any part of the platform, you agree to comply with this policy.

You must not

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose, or in violation of Canadian, U.S., or EU export-control law.
  • Infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights of others.
  • Distribute malware, exploit code, or phishing content through PulseAI exports.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the platform beyond what these Terms permit.
  • Attempt to bypass tenant boundaries, access controls, or rate limits.
  • Use the platform to harass, defame, or threaten any individual or group.

Customer-side data minimization

Because PulseAI collects only the minimum data necessary to deliver the service, customers should likewise avoid uploading personal data of individuals into free-text fields beyond what the AI Accountability Compass assessment requires. Where possible, refer to individuals by role (“Director of Engineering”) rather than name.

Acceptable AI use

  • Do not use platform outputs to make adverse employment decisions about individuals (the assessment is organizational, not individual).
  • Do not present PulseAI scores as third-party-audited certifications; they are internal measurement, not attestation.

Consequences of violation

Violations of this policy may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your access to the platform, at PulseAI Now Inc.’s sole discretion. Where violations involve illegal activity, PulseAI reserves the right to forward relevant information to appropriate law enforcement authorities. We will take all reasonable steps to protect the platform and its users from harm.

Reporting

Report abuse, suspected unauthorized use, or AUP violations to security@pulseai.now. We acknowledge reports within three business days. (Google Workspace reserves abuse@; security@ is our published intake for both vulnerability disclosure and abuse.)
