See PulseAI's availability for yourself at status.pulseai.now

PulseAI now has a public status page. It shows the live state of every part of the platform in each hosting region, 90 days of daily history, and every incident and scheduled maintenance window, with an Atom feed and a machine-readable status file you can plug into your own monitoring.

A public status page for PulseAI

When something you rely on seems slow or unavailable, the first question is whether the problem is on your side or ours. You can now answer that yourself at status.pulseai.now, without signing in and without waiting on a support reply.

Every part of the platform, in every region

The page lists the parts of PulseAI you actually use, each with its own state: the web application, sign-in and SSO, the API, AI assistant access, AI insights and narratives, integrations, the Evidence Vault, reports and exports, and notifications. Each is shown separately for Canada and for the United States, because the regions run independently and an issue in one says nothing about the other. The public website has its own row as well.

Each row carries 90 days of history, one bar per day. Hover over or tap a bar to see its date and what happened that day.

Incidents and maintenance, written for customers

When something goes wrong, we post an incident that names the affected region and components, and we keep it updated until it is resolved. A component’s state follows its open incidents, so the page returns to operational when the incident is closed rather than when someone remembers to change it. Scheduled maintenance is announced the same way, ahead of time. Resolved incidents stay listed under past incidents.

Built to stay up when we are not

A status page is most needed on the day the product is having trouble, so this one is built separately from the PulseAI application. It is a static page with no database behind it, and it is served from a second region if its primary copy cannot be reached. Our team can still publish updates to it when our usual tools are unavailable.

Plug it into your own monitoring

If your IT or vendor-risk team tracks the services you depend on, you do not need to check the page by hand. Subscribe to the Atom feed for incident and maintenance updates, or read status.json, which gives the current state of every region and component in a stable format for dashboards and alerting.

You can also reach the status page from the Resources menu on this site and from our trust page.
