PulseAI now runs a production deployment in the United States. US organizations can sign in at us.app.pulseai.now and keep their data in the United States, on the same platform version and the same model catalog as the Canadian region.
Until now, every PulseAI workspace ran in Canada. That was the right place to start, and it was a hard stop for organizations whose policy, contracts, or regulators require their governance records to stay in the United States. As of today there is a United States production region, and organizations hosted there sign in at us.app.pulseai.now.
Nothing about the product is different. The US region runs the same platform version as Canada and the same catalog of models, use cases, and framework mappings, promoted from the same release. A feature does not land in one region and wait its turn in the other.
The United States region is a separate deployment, not a copy of the Canadian one with a different address. It has its own data stores, its own encryption keys, its own Evidence Vault storage under the same write-once retention floors, and its own evidence-signing key. No customer data crosses between regions, and nothing in the Canadian region can read anything in the American one.
That last point matters for auditors. Because each jurisdiction signs with its own key, a bundle produced in the United States verifies against the United States key and not the Canadian one. Both keys are published on our trust page, each with the fingerprint to check it against.
Sign-in is now regional. Going to pulseai.now/sign-in asks which jurisdiction hosts your organization’s workspace and sends you there. Canada and the United States are both live; the European Union is listed and not yet available. Your administrator picks the region when your organization is set up, and existing workspaces are unaffected: if you were signing in through Canada yesterday, keep doing exactly that.
The European Union region is the next one we stand up. We are deliberately not attaching a date to it here. When it is live and verified, it will show up in this feed and on the sign-in page the same way this one did.
